Service Description

Tailored nutrition education session to help support healthy lifestyles in your workplace (45-60 minutes duration). The session includes a presentation, Q&A session after, and a selection of healthy eating resources for the break room. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to avoid a cancellation fee of $25 (for consultations or workplace sessions).
